Mr Alieu Momar Njai- Commission Member

He holds Diplomas in Accountancy, Business Management and Industrial Administration .He is a retired civil servant. His pedigree in administration coupled with selfless service in both the public service and private sector may be traced back to 1953 as Commercial Clerk, Commercial Representative, Director, Mayor Kanifing Municipal Council, etc.
He serves as board member in many reputable institutions in the Gambia. He also serves in different portfolios in a series of religious and voluntary organizations including Association of Mosque Committees, Kanifing Municipal Council Committee of Elders, Africa Scout Committee, etc.

He is serving his second mandate as a member of the Independent Electoral Commission. He is in charge of Janjangbureh and Basse Administrative Areas.
