In February 2009, the Independent Electoral Commission invited seven companies to make some presentations and demonstrations on biometrics voter registration.
- Mr. Gibril Jallow and Mr. Sulayman Joof successfully completed a Train the Facilitators BRIDGE Course in Accra, Ghana, from 8th to 19th June 2009Commissioner Amadou Jobe and Mr. Madi.O.Jatta, Director of Administration are currently in Guinea Bissau
